An emp cannot stop a tactical nuke once it is underway, but it can prevent it from being called in the first place. If the enemy has a nuke ready, and you emp, you have a chance of preventing the nuke from successfully going off if you can end the game before the EMP wears off. I know this, because someone almost prevented one of my nukes in such a way.

It actually helped me raise my lvl of play with frame knowledge. Its something for everyone here who didnt analyze the new characters. Also I found the link to your page on SDTekken,com. I think David Lynch doesn´t really direct horror. But I know what you mean- his movies are so unique and all of them have this certain very deep atmosphere. These were THE cartoons to watch when I was younger. I actually woke up extra early to watch them before school. They beat X-Men Evolution hands down. How dumbed down is that whole series. If they are trying to appeal to todays youth then they must have a very dim view of todays youngsters. These x-men episode had it all and I never felt like it was too much or went over my head.
